Monkey Bread

Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) 18 frozen rhodes rolls 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 small box instant butterscotch pudding Melt butter and brown sugar together. Put half in a well greased bundt pan. Add nuts. Put in 18 frozen rhodes rolls. Mix cinnamon and pudding powder together and sprinkle over rolls. Pour remaining butter mixture on top. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise on countertop over night. Bake at 350 for 24 minutes and immediately turn over on to a large dish or platter. Enjoy Christmas morning!

Amanda's Cinnamon Rolls

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup warm water 2 tablespoons yeast (quick rise) 1 tablespoon sugar 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup butter softened 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoons salt 2 eggs 7 1/2 cups bread flour divided (all-purpose flour works fine also) 2 tablespoons oil Cinnamon Filling: 1/3 cup butter 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) Cream Cheese Frosting: 8 ounces cream cheese softened 1/2 cup butter softened 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 pounds powdered sugar INSTRUCTIONS In a small bowl, combine water, yeast, and sugar. O'Brien Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients 1 package (28 ounces) frozen O'Brien potatoes 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled 12 large eggs, lightly beaten 2 tablespoons butter 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Directions In a large skillet, prepare hash browns according to package directions. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish (9x13). Top with soup. Set aside 1/2 cup of bacon; sprinkle remaining bacon over soup. In a large bowl, whisk eggs. In another large skillet, heat butter until hot. Add eggs; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are nearly set. Spoon over bacon. Sprinkle with cheese and reserved bacon. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
