Sweet Onion Dressing
1/4 c apple cider vinegar 1/2 c honey 1/2 a large sweet onion 2 Tbsp mustard 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 c olive oil Throw in a blender for 20-30 seconds and voila! This is delicious on salads or as a dip for chicken tenders.
