Mom's Lemon Basmati Rice



2 ¼ c. basmati rice rinsed
1 t. ginger powder
¼ c. lemon juice
1 t. lemon flavoring
2 t. chicken flavor broth mix
4 c. water
½ t. salt
½ cube of melted butter

Mix ingredients together and cook in a rice cooker or an instant pot.
